Q. What happens if I can’t make it to the spa?
A. All unused monthly services roll over to the next month provided you remain an active member in good standing.

Q. What happens if I want to come more than once per month?
A. After monthly value is used, additional services are pay-as-you-go at membership discount rate.

Q. Can I upgrade to another service when using my pre-paid value?
A. Yes, all booked member services are discounted at that plan’s rate. You only pay the difference.

Q. My membership allows one guest, how do they use the spa?
A. Guests essentially take your place for your monthly allotment.

Q. Can I accompany my guest?
A. Yes. The guest receives your monthly allotment, while members get discounted services at their plan's rate.
Q. How does the referral program work?
A. Members receive their plan's referral credit points for every new client that visits and mentions their name.

Q. What are my membership payment options?
A. We accept most credit cards, plus Apple, Google and Samsung Pay.
NOTE: A credit card must remain on file for all monthly membership payments.

Q. Can I change the date of my payment?
A. No, all membership payments are due the 1st of each month.
